Chef Eric Do is Zealous About the Experience of Eating

Chef Do is no stranger to food and wine events as he has been participating in festivals for several years, including the SOBE Wine & Food Festival. Staying true to his roots and his passion for dishes with an Asian flair, Chef Do will be preparing a tuna ceviche Nikkei for the demo and braised pork lettuce wraps for the event.

This is the Doral Food & Wine Festival's 3^rd installment. The event will be down the street from the InterContinental at Doral Miami hotel, where Blue Matisse Restaurant & NAU Lounge are nestled in, offering locals and visitors an array of international dishes.
