New England Wellness Solutions to Present a Class on Hypnosis at the John Curtis Free Library

HANOVER, Mass. - Oct. 9, 2018 - PRLog -- New England Wellness Solutions (http://newellnesssolutions.com), a full-service family practice providing comprehensive healthcare services including Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reiki and more, will present at class "What is Hypnosis?" on Wednesday, October 17^th at 7 pm at the John Curtis Free Library, 534 Hanover Street in Hanover. MA.

Behavioral Management Specialist and Certified Hypnotist Cliff Aguirre from Mind Balance Hypnosis will teach the class. Participants will learn about the benefits of hypnosis and how it can work side-by-side with holistic medicine and mainstream medicine. Hypnosis can help with healthful eating, smoking cessation, anxiety, trauma and more. Participants will take home breathing techniques for relaxation, a countdown technique that can be used to calm stress, and a technique that can be used to keep one focused in the present, and not constantly overwhelmed by memories from the past.
