LOS ANGELES - Oct. 10, 2018 - PRLog -- Victoria Elia Kaldawi, a United States Lebanese Christian Woman, born in Kuwait on 2-26, where her parents lived for work 30 years, and immigrated to USA since 1986 where she resides in Los Angeles.  Victoria Stands Up to Fight against Injustice, from Crimes against her in Kuwait since 23 years, Representing Herself 4 Years in US Federal Courts as she rises as an Author of her upcoming Book (2019) and in her Movie Productions (In Development), and shares her Life Story with Abundant Love to People to inspire humanity; about how her kidnapping altered her life and led to her Transforming Journey, while facing harsh persecutions as a Christian woman with multicultural background and how she survived many hardships and struggles, that were a stepping stone that led to her God Sent Mission, to inspire humanity with her Angelic Gifts and unbounded Love to All People, to spread Love, Joy, Hope and Peace to a Hurting World, with a Racing Message & a Universal Cry to Stop The Planned Deadly Wars, presented in her 2009 Musical: "Peace No War".
On July 4th 1995, Innocent Victim Victoria Elia Kaldawi, Petitioner/Appellant/Plaintiff, was KIDNAPPED in Kuwait (while Americans celebrating Independence Day), by 3 Kuwaiti agents illegally - Under Color of Law, from her home where she was involved in Commercial activities doing business, represented American Companies, in post-Gulf War reconstruction with Kuwait after Desert Storm.  Sadly the US Embassy employees in Kuwait failed their duty to rescue her, so she was injured harshly & traumatized suffering from PTSD till today as she was tortured, abducted by acts of Assault, Libel & Slander & Persecution, and illegally detained for Four Days, then deported to Lebanon not USA for 6 months, till she returned home, to her awaiting parents on Christmas Eve December 24, 1995.
Victoria has bravely battled for Justice for 23 years for Her Human and Woman Rights.  Inspired by her Late Angel Saint Mother Georgette and while caregiving 24 hours supervision for her Late Dad Elia, she filed her Complaint Case#2:14-cv-07316 on September 18, 2014, at US District Court-Los Angeles, representing herself with 10 crimes Committed against her of: Kidnapping; Torture; Illegal Abduction; Arbitrary Arrest; Incommunicado Detention; Assault; Battery; Degraded Cruel Treatment; Persecution; Libel & Slander; Defamation of goodwill; Abuse of Process; Denial of Due Process of Law; Deprivation of Property; Forced Wrongful Expulsion & Various Violations of Universal Recognized Human Rights.

From: The Supreme Court of the United States -WDC, at Conference October 12, 2018, of 9 Justices with New Judge Brett Kavanaugh, seeking their acceptance (need minimum 4 votes) of her Petition of Writ of Certiorari Filed August 5, 2018, Case # 18-5530 Victoria Elia Kaldawi vs State of Kuwait, after US Appellate Court Ninth Circuit & US District Court-Los Angeles dismissed her Lawful Just Case, as she is seeking Rule to Enter Default and then Default Judgement against State of Kuwait & its Ministry Of Interior, who are not Immune per Exceptions to Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act: New Law JASTA and Commercial Activity, The TVPA and other International Human Rights laws;

From: State of Kuwait (Major Ally of USA) her Birth land, and from its Ministry of Interior and its Agents, after 23 years of Denial & 4 years of Kuwait Avoiding to reply after being served by US Federal Court-LA., in disregard to the Hague Convention after all Mail Attempts.
