Intelliloan Opens New Office in Irving, Texas

IRVING, Texas - Sept. 11, 2018 - PRLog -- Intelliloan is pleased to announce the opening of its newest call center in Irving, Texas.  This is the first time Intelliloan has opened a consumer direct center outside of California.  Like the California location, the Texas center is dedicated to matching borrowers with the most suitable lending products to fit their specific needs.

Intelliloan has also made a new appointment for the Irving branch.  The company has signed Shaun Shimmelman as Executive Vice President of Production - Southwest Division.  Shaun has extensive experience in the financial lending industry.  He has been given the responsibility of leading the sales production team into new growth.

Intelliloan has chosen Irving as its new call center location due to its ability to cover a broad range of time zones, travel-friendly location, and existing pool of seasoned loan officers in the Metro area.  The Texas location will be responsible for handling more of the early day business while the California location will take care of customers from the mid-morning to later in the evening, which will ensure full staffing coverage of a fifteen hour a day for serving customers.  "It was a very conscious and calculated decision to choose Texas as our new branch.  Our company is expanding and by adding the Irving location to our existing operations, we will be able to serve our clients even better," says Darryl C.
