PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Sept. 10, 2018 - PRLog -- September 21^st is World Peace Day! Join us for the "World Peace Day Experiential Expo and Twilight Labyrinth Walk" at the Unity Church in the Gardens in Jupiter from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Learn techniques to bring yourself to the heartfelt experience of inner harmony and help us bring the healing power of peace to our community and the greater world …  help create World Peace Through Inner Peace!

From 3:00 to 6:30, the Experiential Expo will offer hands on learning to achieve this state of inner peace, or "heart brain coherence," a scientifically measurable state where heart, mind and emotions are in energetic alignment and cooperation to allow optimal performance levels. The Expo will include activities and technology to help you shift from a state of stress to coherence, surrounded in a serene environment of crystal bowl sound therapy and music of the plants. HHC Energy Healers will offer sessions including HeartMath® coherence breathing, EFT Tapping, Energy Kinesiology, and Theta Healing. Technology demonstrations will include HeartMath® Inner Balance (a biofeedback device that measures coherence), Music of the Plants (which translates plant consciousness to sounds), and other wellness technologies that support inner balance and peace.

Through our "Peaces of My Heart" love notes campaign, we will have a station to write messages of hope and peace to refugees, those who are most impacted by war and will have displays that show the work being done in Lebanon by HeartMath® Trainers using HeartMath® techniques to help refugees relieve trauma.  Love offerings to help support this work will be gratefully accepted. This family friendly Peace Day event will have many other fun crafts and activities for both children and adults.

At 6:30, we will begin with an outdoor Peace Song Sing-Along around the Unity Labyrinth, followed by a magical Twilight Meditative Labyrinth Walk through Unity's beautiful illuminated garden in an atmosphere of fairy lights, to the lilting sounds of Music of the Plants and Crystal bowl music.

Our free community celebration is a volunteer collaboration with members of the Coherence Hotspot of Jupiter Florida, Holistic Health Connections (HHC) and Unity Church in the Gardens and was inspired by the Coherence Hotspot Initiative (coherencehotspot.com), a HeartMath® endorsed initiative.
