Newport Beach Personal Injury Law Firm of Bisnar Chase Named Best Place to Work for 2018

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - July 24, 2018 - PRLog -- For the seventh time in a row, the Newport Beach personal injury law firm of Bisnar|Chase has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Orange County. Bisnar|Chase has received this distinction in the "small employer" category, which takes into consideration firms that employ 15 to 49 people. This survey, which examines workplaces of different sizes countywide, is conducted by the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group. The goal of this annual list is to distinguish, recognize and honor the best places of employment Orange County has to offer.

In order to be considered, companies must have at least 15 employees working in Orange County; be a non-profit or for-profit business or government entity; have a facility in Orange County, and must have been in business for at least one year.

Companies that participated entered a two-pronged selection process. First, companies are evaluated based on their workspace, policies, demographics, and practices. This accounts for 25 percent of the total assessment. The second part takes into account an employee survey where workers talk about their experience with employers. This accounts for 75 percent, or the bulk, of the evaluation. The combined scores from both parts determine the final ranking. The complete list of winning organizations has been released in a special section of the Orange County Business Journal's July issue.
