NPPG Appoints Jim Brambilla as Defined Contribution Plan Administrator
Mr. Brambilla is a seasoned pension professional with over 20 years of solid retirement plan administration experience. Jim's comprehensive pension background includes designing retirement plan documents that meet client objectives, educating plan sponsors on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) ensuring compliance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) non-discrimination requirements, preparation of annual returns and reports required by the IRS and Department of Labor.

Mr. Brambilla will be responsible for ADP/ACP coverage testing, top heavy analysis, Form 5500 preparation, 401(k) profit sharing illustrations, asset reconciliation, participant loans and plan distributions. Additionally, Jim will provide plan sponsors with guidance on their ERISA fiduciary responsibilities and how to streamline and off-set administrative tasks associated with retirement plan management.
Jim has built an extensive network of strong industry relationships with recordkeepers, financial advisors and other retirement plan professionals throughout his career with companies such as Ascensus, ADP and Prudential. Jim has managed and coached retirement consultants to deliver best in class service to plan sponsors and their plan participants. Jim will be based out of NPPG corporate headquarters in Red Bank, N.J.
