How Cowardice, Courage And Extreme Reading Can Create A Successful Business Leader

LONDON - May 30, 2018 - PRLog -- Ben Chai, a charismatic business leader sometimes referred to as the Dr. Who of Business, will be sharing his second TEDx talk on '"Cowardice, Courage and how Extreme Reading made him fearless" on 23rd June at TEDxFolkestone at the Quarterhouse in Folkestone, Kent. Chai is known for using beyond-the-box techniques in very diverse industries such as education, hospitality, technology and property.

Chai made his successful debut on the TEDx stage earlier this year on his talk 'Be Magnetic' to a sold-out audience at the University of Surrey. It is live on the TEDx YouTube channel and has amassed nearly 1000 views.

'Be Magnetic' is a journey Chai shares on how to attract the right people in your life using the techniques of being magnetic. The talk shares several unique aspects to connect with, deliver true value and be the person people want around them, in an entertaining and educational manner. Skills which are needed to be successful in any area of life include:

• How to value yourself at a deep level to prevent self-sabotage.
• How to add value to others even when you have nothing in common.
• How to recognise and walk away from potential abusers.

Extreme reading, one of Chai's tactics, is an activity that involves standing up and reading aloud in public places, some more unusual than others. In videos from Chai's social media platforms, we see him 'Extreme Reading' in a variety of places, such as power plants, planes, restaurants and in theatres which he accredits the courage to enable him to be fearless.
