Uptown Comedy Corner Has Landed

ATLANTA - April 18, 2018 - PRLog -- Atlanta's Original Uptown Comedy Corner has made a power move this year by relocating across the street from the Porsche Experience Center in Hapeville, GA, the center of the Aerotropolis movement to revitalize the surrounding areas of the Airport District.  "We wanted to eliminate past issues, expand our brand and offer our customers a night out without the traffic, expensive menus and parking problems that plague downtown Atlanta, and we did," states co-owner Mr. Sykes."

"Yes, we envisioned Uptown Comedy Corner and Uptown Restaurant Lounge as destination spots for travelers and local residents looking for great food and drinks, fun entertainment, live music and a place to dance in their community, which is why we chose the Southside," states co-owner Mr. Moore."

Uptown Comedy Corner has been entertaining people at night for over 20 years and now their new Restaurant Lounge will offer customers a delicious lunch and dinner menu Tuesday-Thursday from 2:00pm to 2:00am as well as live music.  "We are launching a music competition starting May 1- May 31, looking for a musical act to entertain our crowd between 3:00pm-6:00pm," states Mr. Moore.
The winner will be announced June 7, 2018 at the DC Curry Show.

The Uptown Restaurant Lounge will also start their First Friday's Teacher Appreciation event May 4, 2018 from 5:00pm-8:00pm followed by a comedy show featuring Cornelius George and DeKeys.

With this move Uptown Comedy Corner and Uptown Restaurant Lounge can accommodate small and large groups looking for a space to celebrate a promotion, anniversary, graduation, fundraiser, product release or a birthday and  host comedians like Mr. Michael Colyar, Dadd Azz, Joselito Da Puppet, Just Nesh, Mario Tory, Rob Stapleton, Guy Torry, Sean Larkins, JJ Williamson, Hollywood Tuck, Darryl Damn, Cornelius George and Dekeys at the same time.
