On April 14th, 2018, folk trio The Adventures of Annabelle Lyn will release their album in Tallahasse, Florida, available for purchase digitally and worldwide.
ABOUT THE ALBUM
Hot off an exhilarating year filled with major regional festivals, a tri-state summer tour, and notable opening slots for America and The Wood Brothers, The Adventures of Annabelle Lyn culminates a season of explosive performance growth with their long- awaited sophomore album, Chasing Horizons. Recorded at the state-of-the-art Florida State University commercial studios by emerging LA-based recording engineer Aaron Overton, this 13-song CD features all-original, all-acoustic material that highlights the band's intricate songmanship, lushly blended female harmonies, and interweaving instrumental lines.
The music is crafted and recorded with a new level of personal detail; the sound is warm, inviting, and clear. The songs are a deeply rooted aural picture of the band's acoustic sound: a precise balance of collaborative harmonic blending and three unique and strong female voices. Bassist Elizabeth Fravel, guitarist Kathryn Belle Long, and fiddler/banjoist Holly Riley invite you to hear these new stories, tunes, and melodies.

Out of ashes and flames come life, beauty, and music. The Adventures of Annabelle Lyn are proud to release Chasing Horizons at a brand-new venue, home, and natural wonder in Tallahassee, Florida. Christened "Suwannee West", this 2+-acre semi- forested space features a brand-new home with accessible bathrooms, an outside bar, a large pool with brilliant lights and water jets, and a forest stage space with festival- quality lighting.
Home to the Smith family, the original house structure of this property tragically burned down in October 2016. Rebuilt over the past year, the creativity and passion poured into the timeline of this space's recreation has curiously mirrored the detailed and passionate recording process of Annabelle Lyn. Inspired with hope and renewal, this beautiful space is sure to be home to many future events, celebrations, and musical endeavors of all sorts.

ABOUT THE SHOW
If you're near Tallahassee, save your evening for a night of music and celebration. Opening music (official acts TBA), meet-and-greet, and cocktail hour will begin at 5pm, and The Adventures of Annabelle Lyn will present their official album release
sets at 7pm. Bring your dancing shoes for a closing band and jamming that'll keep you moving long into the night.
Weather permitting, the show will take place outdoors on the forest stage. Some seating will be provided, but bring chairs, blankets, and instruments! Children and adults of all ages are welcome, and bathrooms are available inside the house. Guests are encouraged to bring instruments for post-show jams.
Food trucks will be running throughout the event, but guests are welcome to bring their own edible fare as well. Attendees are encouraged to BYOB, and a cash bar will be available on-site. Come ready to eat, drink, and be merry all evening long!
Located off Ox Bottom Road in Tallahassee, Suwannee West provides ample parking onsite, with acres of overflow parking available just across the street. Guests are encouraged to carpool or Uber/Lyft for maximum safety, conservation, and enjoyment.
