Vesta Property Services Awarded Three-Year Julington Creek Plantation Contract

Vesta to provide full-service property management services to the 5,800-home community located in St. Johns County, FL

Jacksonville, FL – April 1, 2018 – The Community Management Division of Vesta Property Services is proud to announce a new association client – Julington Creek Plantation Property Owners Association (POA), a 5,800-home community located in St. Johns County, FL.

The Julington Creek POA board has signed a three-year agreement effective April 1, 2018. Vesta will provide full-service on-site property management, backed by their experienced executive team headquartered in Jacksonville, FL.
