UPMC Pinnacle Implements Digisonics OB Ultrasound Reporting Solution at New Facilities

HOUSTON - March 28, 2018 - PRLog -- UPMC Pinnacle in Harrisburg, Pa. has expanded its use of the Digisonics OB ultrasound clinical reporting solution to nine new facilities.  The facilities located in central Pennsylvania and the surrounding rural communities, will eliminate manual workflows and benefit from structured reports and data analytics to standardize OB care across the network.

Seamless integration with GE and Toshiba ultrasound machines will further streamline UMPC Pinnacle's workflow by autopopulating patient demographics and measurements directly into the ultrasound report, eliminating manual processes which are inherently susceptible to human error.

As a result of utilizing Digisonics, UMPC Pinnacle will benefit from faster turnaround times leading to increased reimbursements, improved accuracy and patient outcomes.
