Scott Greenberg 2017 Customer Award Recipient

CARROLLTON, Texas - March 28, 2018 - PRLog -- Scott Greenberg with RE/MAX DFW Associates in Willowbend office was honored recently with the firm's Customer Service Award for 2017 at the annual company-wide meeting held at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center in Lewisville. As the recipient of this award, Scott garnered recognition for receiving the highest accolades from his clients for the exceptional level of service provided during the course of 2017.

After each transaction is completed, buyers and sellers are mailed a questionnaire that asks them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate. The national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, however, RE/MAX DFW Associates continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned responses.

Among his list of accomplishments, he has received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, inducted into RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX Platinum Club, chosen as "Best or Top Realtor in Dallas" by D Magazine for 12th year since 2005 and one of the "10 Best Realtors in Texas" for 2nd year in a row based upon client satisfaction.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Greenberg moved to DFW-Metroplex 24 years ago. He received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri and pursued his graduate studies at the University of Texas earning his MBA. Scott and his wife, Kristen, live in Plano, where they are active supporters of Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). Scott is also involved in several community softball leagues.  When time permits, he enjoys basketball and bowling.
