PHOENIX - March 21, 2018 - PRLog -- Tumtumcar, a pedal-electric solar hybrid quadricycle, charges its Lithium power pack from the sun, and, any household electric outlet, traveling more than 40 miles on a single charge with its differential dual electric drives, reaching speeds of 20 miles an hour.
