Annual Day of Self-Love and Empowerment is Around the Corner!

NEW YORK - Feb. 9, 2018 - PRLog -- Armed with the knowledge that the most powerful words said are the ones we say about ourselves, author and inspirational speaker Katrina McGhee five years ago developed Loving on Me Day, a day to celebrate the love we all need to have for ourselves. Each year on February 13, Loving on Me Day invites people around the world to share, on social platforms, positive statements of their own self love and self affirmations.

This year, the theme of Loving on Me Day (https://lovingonme.com/loving-on-me-day-2/) is #365SelfCare – a campaign to make taking care of you an achievable to-do! The campaign is kicking off with seven steps we all CAN DO everyday to Slay our Self-Care.
