Disabled Does Not Mean To Be Discarded, Ignored Or Worthless

Facing Your Fears: The Devon Berry Story (Anticipated Release Date: November 15th, 2017)

FORT WORTH, Texas - Nov. 10, 2017 - PRLog -- Just in times for the holidays, Texas Christian University (TCU) student and Cerebral Palsy Survivor releases a book that transforms the way we think of people who are "disabled".

Devon Berry's mother was told to abort him because the doctors believed that either he, or his twin sister, would be born with complications. Cerebral palsy was the least of his problems: he had a stroke soon after birth and has fought an uphill battle for 20 years with various illnesses.

What no one could imagine was the pain beyond the struggle: the ridicule, taunts, bullying and nightmares that almost caused Devon to commit suicide. He will share what saved him and what continues to strengthen him to achieve his goals, from being an athlete all to being a competitor for the 2020 Paralympics.

If this book does not transform your life, and the lives of your family, NOTHING will! This also makes a perfect gift for youth, young adults and those who struggle with low self esteem or are disabled.
