Oct. 20, 2017 - PRLog -- In the first half of 2017, US trade with Syria totaled $6.3 million, up 18.15% ($1.0 million) from the first half of 2016.

US exports to Syria in the first half of 2017 totaled $2.9 million, up 91.28% ($1.4 million) from the first half of 2016.

US imports from Syria in the first half of 2017 were $3.4 million, down 11.21% ($0.4 million) from the first half of 2016.

US trade deficit with Syria in the first half of 2017 was $0.5 million, a 79.98% decrease ($1.8 million) over the first half of 2016.

Syria was the US 193rd largest trading partner in the first half of 2017 (just as in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.0003% of US total trade (just as in the first half of 2016).

Syria was the US 194th largest export market in the first half of 2017 (up from 198th in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.0004% of US total exports (up from 0.0002% in the first half of 2016).

Syria was the US 177th largest supplier in the first half of 2017 (down from 170th in the first half of 2016), accounting for 0.0003% of US total imports (just as in the first half of 2016).
