"It has been amazing to see well known leaders across all facets of Human Resources technology come together for 12 straight days for Parkinson's Research," said Brady Bruner, Co-Founder, MaximusLife. The HR Technology challenge was led by Mollie Lombardi, Founder of HR Gives Back (HRGB), and was designed as a pre-conference duathlon. Mollie is a testament to what passionate voices within HR can really do to create big impact. We were honored to be working with Mollie and amazing sponsors including ADP who donated five dollars to Team Fox for every 5,000 steps walked/run by HR leaders. We were even more amazed at the dedication of the coaches and teams to rally participants to 1,000 miles in only 12 days for Team Fox.

MaximusLife's challenges sync directly with wearable devices and your favorite social media accounts to empower employees with an easy way to create big impact for their favorite charities.

"We are excited to see HR leaders passionate about new ways to involve employees in corporate giving," said, Brady Bruner.  "Something we say a lot around here is we have to make it as simple as "just add water", but in our case it is "just add heart and go". Imagine waking up every day and knowing your activity that day would generate funds for charity-that is what our Enterprise platform does in a nutshell. Our goal is to make it really simple for companies to create compelling CSR stories by teaming with HR leaders using the latest employee engagement technology. We're doing this by using employee's daily activity across the apps and devices employees already spend time on daily. We've invested significant time and dollars into our API integrations including Fitbit, Misfit and new 2017 partners like CycleBar, Jillian Michaels FitFusion. With one dashboard, organizations get entirely new ways to engage employees while telling their CSR story in compelling ways."

MaximusLife employees will be onsite to help HR Technology Conference attendees download and register for the Challenge. Registrants will have the option to use a fitness device or track activity using their phone. The second part of the Duathlon Challenge will begin at 7 am PDT on Wednesday, October 11th and final winners will be announced in the expo hall at the Venetian.
