Gregory J. Pepe Appointed to The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven Board of Directors

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Oct. 5, 2017 - PRLog -- Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. is pleased to announce that Attorney Gregory J. Pepe has been appointed to The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven Board of Directors. The New Haven County Bar Association recommended that Mr. Pepe be its designee to the board of the Community Foundation for a 7-year term. Mr. Pepe assumes the position on January 1, 2018.

The Board of Directors of The Community Foundation ensures that the organization is effectively fulfilling its mission by making certain the Foundation initiatives, grantmaking, investment and donor stewardship activities all support and advance the institution's mission. Members of the Foundation's Board of Directors are selected for their knowledge of the charitable or educational needs of the community. Mr. Pepe replaces William S. Colwell who has served on the Board since January 1, 2011.

Mr. Pepe heads the Healthcare Law, Corporate & Business Transactions, and Alternative Dispute Resolution & Mediation practice groups. His experience in the healthcare market, its accompanying regulatory constructs and related business matters provides his clients the understanding necessary to navigate the changing healthcare landscape. Mr. Pepe is a founder and the former President of the Board of Directors of Leeway, Inc., a not-for-profit inpatient primary care facility for people living with AIDS. Mr. Pepe is a member of the Quinnipiac University School of Law Dean's Advisory Committee and an adjunct faculty member of Health Care Law at Quinnipiac University School of Law. He partners with The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven as a Professional Advisor and is the Board President of The Institute Library in New Haven, a member supported library founded in 1826.
