The 168-suite hotel, located at 1401 Shoreway Road, will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by OTO Development, LLC of Spartanburg SC.

The SpringHill Suites Belmont Redwood Shores is located just 11 miles from San Francisco International Airport, and just minutes from downtown Belmont.
