First let me say that despite all of the scams, schemes, and nonsense you can currently find online, it still offers some of the fastest ways to invest money for significant returns.

(And I am not talking about the ultra slow and conservative IRA route. Depending on your age you may not be alive long enough to enjoy these conservative long term approaches).

But here's something to think about if you are a Millennial (those ages 18-34 in 2015) reading these words. A survey by T. Rowe Price found that "...less than half of people under age 34 have more than $1,000 in savings."

And according to a BlackRock survey the average Baby Boomer needs approximately $1.1 million to have $45,500 of retirement income. (Which, when broken down, is not really a lot of money).

So What Do You Do?

Fortunately there are some immediate "quick fixes" if you want money fast:

1) Rent your car - sites like Turo will let you rent your car and make a few hundred dollars each week.

2) Become a driver - you've heard the money being made on Uber and Lyft by now. But some still don't know that Uber has different price points based on your car size. I put in a 20 mile trip into their calculator (uberestimate.com) and got the following rates:

- uberX: $32-43 20% surge
- uberXL: $51-68 20% surge
- uberBLACK: $80-106
- uberSUV: $98-127

3) Rent out spare bedroom - Airbnb is a good way to make some money renting out a spare bedroom.

4) Become a Peer-to-peer lender - Peer-to-peer lending, sometimes abbreviated P2P lending, is the practice of lending money to individuals or businesses through online services that match lenders directly with borrowers.

5) Use Robo-Advisors - A robo-advisor (robo-adviser) is an online wealth management service that provides automated, algorithm-based portfolio management advice without the use of human financial planners. (Betterman and Wealthfront may be the two best known).

In fact, a sound strategy may be to not invest the entire $1,000 dollars at one time. Divide the money into $500, or $250, and discover what other options are available.

HBP (HomeBusinessProfiles.com) offers a way for regular folks to create additional side income. The popular feature of HBP is that you can make this money WITHOUT becoming an expert.

In the past becoming an expert has always meant:

- Creating time consuming YouTube videos
- Talking to live audiences from stage
- Spending hours on Google Hangouts
- Wasting money on Facebook or Google ads

HBP leverages existing marketplaces that have millions of buyers. Through the systems that they teach small amounts of money are increased quite quickly.

They give you two options to use their program:

1) A $37/month subscription
2) Flat fee 3 month option ($97)

You can find out more about HBP and their program, and even use one of their systems FREE for 7 days, at the link below:
