Todd Henson As Vice President of Transportation Operations, Henson will lead efforts to secure and successfully execute heavy civil/transportation related projects throughout Texas. He was previously with McCarthy from 1995-2004, and served in various roles including project engineer, assistant superintendent, project manager and estimator. Henson brings 20 years of experience to McCarthy. Throughout his career, he has managed numerous projects including highways, bridges and railways valued at more than $1.4 billion combined. Prior to his return to McCarthy, Henson was the deputy director of construction at Southgate Constructors where he oversaw all construction activities and design review on one of the largest transportation projects in Dallas valued at $847 million. Bob Rogers Rogers joined McCarthy in 2000 as a project engineer with a focus on quality and client relationships. Throughout his 16-year career, he has contributed to the success of several projects including the reconstruction of IH 410 in San Antonio, the Port of Houston Bayport Terminal Wharf 1, MARAD Beaumont Layberth Facility and many more. In his new role as vice president of marine operations, Rogers will lead McCarthy's efforts to expand client relationships and successfully execute marine projects across the gulf coast. Fitz O'Donnell O'Donnell started with McCarthy in 2008 as an assistant project manager working on the Port of Houston Authority Bayport Wharf 1 project. He has since worked on several projects including the Texas A&M Wellborn Road Underpass, Port Freeport Berth 7 and the SJRA Surface Water Treatment Plant. In his role as project director, he will focus on McCarthy's port and marine efforts, providing leadership and technical support to three ongoing Port of Houston projects. John Frazier Frazier joined McCarthy in 2006 as a project manager working on the IH 410 reconstruction project in San Antonio. In his 16-year career, he has contributed to the success of several projects including the 205 MW Roserock Solar Plant, Fort Worth Westside Water Treatment Plant, MARAD Beaumont Layberth Facility and the DART TRE Beltline Grade Separation.
