BORDENTOWN, N.J. - Dec. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- The need for warehouse space in central new jersey is in big demand. When a nationwide industrial developer needed a 350,000 sqaure foot warehouse removed to make way for a 600,000 sqaure foot warehouse, they contracted with Dengler Demolition. The contract called for Asbestos abatement. It also called for all above ground and below ground utilities to be disconnected and capped to the municipality and utility company specifications. Once the demolition permit was secure, Dengler forces had less than four weeks to bring the buildings to ground level to ensure the owner did not have to pay taxes on the buildings for the coming year. It was quite a task that took 7 excavators working two shifts, 7 days a week, to complete the job. The buildings were completed with time to spare. Once the buildings were leveled, all the Debris was sorted for the maximum recycling benefit. Over 35,000 tons of concrete was crushed down to 1 1/2 inch minus stone blend and was used for the new building pad. Only 60 out of 2,300 truckloads of debris was brought to the landfill. All other material was salvaged or recycled for maximum economic and environmental benefit at the owners request. Dengler used 9 of their specialized excavators equipped with shears, grapples, hammers, buckets, etc. to complete the job.  Dengler also utilized its two impact crushers and one jaw crusher in the concrete recycling portion of the project.
