ATLANTA - Nov. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Veteran Vocalist, Bassist, Composer and Producer Michael Henderson is prepping his 10 piece band for an intimate concert in Atlanta! Any music lover that loves R&B old school and new school alike would benefit greatly from attending a live concert starring a musician of this magnitude! Michael Henderson has graced stages worldwide from mammoth arenas and stadiums to intimate night spots for more than five decades! He has also shared stages with artists such as Teddy Pendergrass, Ashford & Simpson, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, George Johnson (The Bros. Johnson), Ray Parker Jr., Luther Vandross, The Four Tops, The Fantastic Four, Marvin Gaye, Patti LaBelle, and countless others! This 70's superstar has written and sung beautiful duets/ballads such as the lovely "At The Concert" featuring Roberta Flack, "Valentine Love" featuring Jean Carn, "We Both Need Each Other" featuring Phyllis Hyman, "Take Me, I'm Yours" featuring Rena Scott and really turns up the heat when it comes to Funk with tracks such as "Wide Receiver," "Prove It" and "Geek You Up." After more than 7 years touring (playing bass guitar) and recording with Jazz aficionado/trumpeter Miles Davis, Jazz/Jazz Fusion (the latter so named because of the music generated during the Miles stint) is part of the Michael Henderson musical DNA live show!

With the advent of DIGITAL SAMPLING, today, many of Henderson's songs have been re-discovered by a new generation of musicians, rappers, music lovers!
