Celebrity, Darius McCrary To Donate Proceeds From His Single, Seasons To The EJ Jackson Foundation

LOS ANGELES - Nov. 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Last week, Southland residents were saddened by the loss of EJ Jackson, founder of Jackson Limousine and the EJ Jackson Foundation. For over two decades, Mr. Jackson was considered a mentor to actor, recording artist, and philanthropist, Darius McCrary who faithfully participated in this very humbling charity event.

Darius McCrary, stated on social media, that "EJ was a mentor, and I am proud to have been of service to Mr. Jackson at an early age. He has taught me the spirit of giving and I will continue to be of service to the Jackson Foundation as family, carrying on EJ's legacy of love, giving and feeding the community."

On November 22nd, Darius McCrary alongside hundreds of celebrities, politicians, community partners and volunteers will join together during the 34th Annual Turkey Giveaway, to serve the community in honor of Mr. EJ Jackson who will be greatly missed. Last year alone, Jackson's foundation provided Turkey Dinners with all of the fixings to over 12,000 families in need during the Thanksgiving Holiday. We ask that those who can, will continue to donate to this wonderful cause.

In effort to assist in keeping the memory of EJ Jackson alive, McCrary will donate 100% of the proceeds from the sales of his single "Seaons" to the EJ Jackson Foundation and FathersCare.org which is available for purchase via https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/seasons-feat.-darius-mc... and all other digital retailers. Last year, McCrary released the "Seasons" visual, which was inspired by EJ Jackson's, 33rd Turkey Giveaway. The charitable event was featured throughout the video.

About Darius McCrary

Darius McCrary, is a multi-talented entertainer who has been in the industry since as early as 1987. He is best known for his role as "Eddie Winslow" on Family Matters and has since held roles in countless big screen movies, TV shows & guest appearances.
