Beatles Scholar Launches Updated Column in Huffington Post

WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. - Oct. 17, 2016 - PRLog -- Kenneth Womack, PhD, a world renowned authority on the Beatles and their cultural influence, will be writing a regular bi-weekly feature for the Huffington Post entitled Everything Fab Four starting Tuesday, October 18.

Womack previously penned the 50 Years of Beatles series for the online news site, offering critical insights on various milestones in the Beatles' career as they passed. Everything Fab Four will be more all-encompassing, taking its name from the subtitle of Womack's book The Beatles Encyclopedia, the revised version of which will be released in November.

"The rebranding of the column will allow me to take articles in new directions," said Womack. "I can now go beyond commentary on anniversaries of historical Beatles events, and offer perspectives on all aspects of Beatles news and music."

The first article in the Everything Fab Four series will be a review of the recently released film, The Lennon Report. It will be published at huffingtonpost.com/author/ken-womack.

"There is always interest in all things Beatles," he continued. "The pivotal events such as the release of Sgt. Pepper will still be showcased in the column, but in addition to much more.'"

An award-winning American fiction writer and literary critic, Kenneth Womack serves as Dean of the Wayne D. McMurray School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Monmouth University in New Jersey, where he is also a Professor of English. He is the author of three novels and editor of numerous volumes of literary and cultural criticism, as well as the author of several books on the Beatles, including Long and Winding Roads: The Evolving Artistry of the Beatles.
