Las Vegas Comedian Don Barnhart Takes Time Off From Nightly Show To Honor Veterans

LINCOLN CITY, Ore. - Sept. 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Taking time off from his nightly show in Las Vegas at Jokester's Comedy Club inside the D Casino Hotel, award-winning comedian Don Barnhart brings his Battle Comics Tour to Chinook Winds Casino Resort to honor all Active Duty Personnel and Military Veterans.

The 13th Annual Celebration of Honor, an event to honor Active Duty Personnel and Military Veterans Presented by Chinook Winds Casino Resort will take place September 14-18, 2016. The show features comedians Don Barnhart and Jeff Capri from The Battle Comics – Laughter for the troops.

The Battle Comics will perform on Sept 15^th at 7:00pm.  The show is free for Veterans & Active-Duty Military.  Must reserve in persona at the box office with Military ID or Proof of Service.

Few comedians since Bob Hope have toured for the troops as much as Don Barnhart.  Don has been producing and performing comedy shows for the troops since 1992 with his Battle Comics and just finished his third tour for the troops this year with stops in Afghanistan, Kosovo, the UK and more.  He has performed with the USO, DOD, Armed Forces Entertainment, Comics on Duty and more.

Barnhart currently stars in the new sitcom Class Clowns and is the resident headlining comedian performing shows nightly at Jokesters Comedy Club inside The D Casino Hotel Las Vegas.

Don Barnhart's stand up comedy is clever, frantic, thought provoking and hysterical.  Watching Barnhart onstage is like watching someone master a Rubik's cube of comedy, spinning jokes and changing topics in a flash keeping the audiences howling with laughter and coming back for more.

Barnhart also stars in the comedy documentary Finding The Funny with Brad Garrett and Louie Anderson.   Don's new book Finding Your Funny hit the best-seller list on Amazon in 2015 and in his off time teaches stand up comedy at The Las Vegas Comedy Institute.
