The seller was Credit Union of the Rockies. The buyer was Endurance 607 19^th Street, LLC.  Matt Call and Matt Kulbe of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller. Peter Sengelmann, Matt Ritter, and Andrew Monette of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.  This deal successfully closed in August 2016. The property is conveniently located off Ford Street and 19^th Street. The building was originally constructed in 1985.
