PASADENA, Calif. - Aug. 10, 2016 - PRLog -- "Building on the success of the inaugural Roundtable Summit in January 2016, this upcoming gathering promises to broaden and deepen the connections, collaboration and contributions amongst America's vibrant ethnic communities," – Mehmood Khan, AABR Summit Co-Chair, PepsiCo Vice Chairman and Chief Scientific Officer of Global R&D. This finding was unveiled at the inaugural Asian American Business Roundtable (AABR) Summit, which gathered more than forty speakers from Microsoft, PepsiCo, MasterCard, Xerox, Cisco, Zappos and more to discuss opportunities for advancing corporate diversity and promoting Asian American talent throughout U.S. business.

Over 200 executives, entrepreneurs and young professionals attended the inaugural AABR Summit, Taking Risks, Changing the Game, designed to help them CONNECT with industry leaders, mentors and peers; COLLABORATE on ideas and initiatives to help foster career/community development; and CONTRIBUTE to the creation of corporate cultures of diversity that include prominent and positive representation of Asian Americans in the C-suite.

Highlights from the AABR Summit program include:

1.       - Address national and global business challenges of the 21st century

2.     - Assist global corporations seeking to expand their market presence in Asia

3.       - Increase the visibility and presence of Asian Americans in the U.S. business arena

4.       - Assist Asia-based entities seeking to develop partnerships U.S. companies
