| ![]() Do you want to improve your relationships, health and mindset in 15 minutes a day?It is through a conscious effort to give thanks in all situations, that you will shift your mindset; which will improve your mood, health, relationships and self-esteem. Gratitude A to Z Journal is a whimsical resource sprinkled with encouragement to help you focus on gratitude for all things in your life – big and small. This journal not only includes ample space for you to write, but also offers creative ways to practice gratitude as an individual or with your family and friends. "I really began to notice the profound shift that gratitude made in my life when my daughter and I would conclude night time prayers with the game 'Three Things You are Grateful for'. It brought an extra level of laughter and peace into our lives. I then began to play this game whenever either one of us started to complain. I noticed for both of us, when we consciously begin expressing gratitude, there is an immediate shift in the atmosphere and in our attitudes!" Tracy Fagan is a successful entrepreneur, business woman and mother. She uses her top-notch design skills to bring this A to Z gratitude game to life. She believes whole-heartedly in the power of being thankful not only from her own experience but also from scripture. "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; Tracy Fagan offers these 4 tips for increasing your gratitude 1. Start Small Don't make giving gratitude a chore. You can start with as little as 5 minutes a day and increase over time. Just by consciously choosing to be grateful you will find that it becomes more a part of your everyday life. 2. Share your Gratitude Open your mouth and speak your gratitude. Turn it into a conversation or a game with a friend or family member. Being grateful is contagious. Share the love! 3. Be Grateful for the Challenges in Life It is easy to be grateful for the good things in life – the new car, the job, the tasty lemon meringue pie – but real change happens when you can be grateful for the challenges or the things you don't like so much. For example, after hiking up 4 flights of stairs to our apartment, my daughter started complaining about all of the stairs. She stopped for a moment and said, "I bet that man we saw in the wheelchair would love to be able to walk up 4 flights of stairs." 4. Recognize someone with gratitude Tell the grocery store clerk or your waiter how grateful you are for them – or take it one step further and let their manager know with a phone call, e-mail or letter. Take a moment to send someone a card. (It is always fun to get something in the mail besides bills!) If they are making your life easier, or offering you a service, be grateful – and let them know!
