TRU Staffing Partners Announces Additional Layer of Sourcing Talent with Four New Hires

NEW YORK - Aug. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- TRU Staffing Partners, an award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in the e-discovery, litigation support and cybersecurity space, today announces the company has continued its growth in 2016 and has brought on an additional layer of sourcing talent. Four talent scouts – Ella Pegors, Ashley Wells, Kristin Sullivan and Meghann Salus – have all joined the company to assist in expanding the talent pipeline to meet e-discovery and cybersecurity job demands across the global market.

Meghann Salus joins the company as a senior talent scout born, raised, and based out of Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining TRU, Salus served as senior sourcing strategist for SapientNitro, a global advertising agency and tech consultancy with over 5,000 employees. Prior to that, Salus spent four years at Huron Consulting Group as a sourcing associate and human resource professional, recognized by peers as a sourcing expert by consistently delivering quality results in both first-level pass and full life cycle recruitment. Salus will be focused on expanding TRU's talent portfolio in the Midwest, Texas, California and Asia.

Ella Pegors, Kristin Sullivan and Ashley Wells all join the company as talent scouts.

Pegors is currently based out of Washington, D.C., but will assist with sourcing throughout the country as well as overseas. Prior to joining TRU, Pegors worked at Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox as a paralegal, helping manage cases and assisting the docketing team. It was there she developed an interest in legal recruitment, eventually leaving to focus on that for a boutique local D.C. paralegal staffing agency. Pegors joined TRU in late 2015 and has already assisted with dozens of placements.

Sullivan, based in upstate New York, brings more than four years of experience in the recruiting/staffing field to TRU. Prior to joining TRU, Sullivan worked in both the health care and technology industries as an agency recruitment professional. Sullivan is a master at sourcing, screening and selecting candidates based upon strategic qualification criteria in various niches and brings tremendous entrepreneurial spirit to the team.

Wells, currently based in Virginia just outside of Washington, D.C., started her recruiting career in the nursing industry, managing large contract staffing projects for hospitals needing RNs. She then began her legal recruiting career working at Legal Placements, Inc., where she was responsible for various aspects of staffing in the D.C. metropolitan area including recruiting, marketing, business development, contract negotiations and contract personnel management. Wells is a skilled recruiter with a deep knowledge base of the legal job market as well as the complexities and nuances of handling contract staffing.
