Black Dutch Approves Salt Water Disposal Acquisition Budget

Seeking Significant Push in Permian Basin E&P Infrastructure

DALLAS - July 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Black Dutch Management announced today that it, along with its various partners, is seeking to acquire more than $50 million in salt water disposal wells and companies. The acquisition effort will focus primarily in sectors of the Permian Basin that have remained active even during the recent period of lower commodity prices.

Black Dutch Managing Director David Weathers praised the decision. "We are very excited about the opportunities that exist in the infrastructure that allows oil and gas development to flourish in the Permian Basin. We believe that handled properly, salt water disposal is an important growth area for our company and our partners."

Black Dutch is seeking facilities that are already operational as well as sites that have approved permits but that have yet to be developed.
