6. Rubik's Cube Winners (National / International)
7. Math Olympiad Winners (National / International)
8. Discovery and Inventions in Mathematics
9. One Minute Challenge Champions
10. Individual Performances

Documents required for lateral entry
Photocopies of the following (if any):
(a) World Records Certificates
(b) Recommendation Letter from Concerned Authority
(c) Recorded Video & Photo Album as a proof
