| Acquiring a fleet of combat UAVs is a procurement priority for PolandNetwork with procurement decision makers at the only conference dedicated to UAV capability enhancement in the Central and Eastern European region.

His presentation will cover the following key points: • Current priorities for the development of IMINT collection capability • Current assets available for the collection of imagery intelligence • The potential for the greater usage of UASs/Spaces assets to produce imagery intelligence • Supporting infrastructure to process and share IMINT to forces - reshape for new command structure • On-going requirements for air and space ISR capability SMi's UAV Technology Eastern Europe conference, taking place on 21-22 September 2016 in Prague, Czech Republic, will explore the tactics and technologies for advancing capability in this important area. Drawing on the experience and ongoing work of regional military experts and those from across NATO, the forum will deliberate operational lessons learnt, from challenging environments such as counter-insurgency operations in the Middle East to ongoing security efforts across Europe. In addition to strategy for UAV use, military programme managers from procurement shall discuss the requirements and updates for key programmes. Importantly, the conference will also benefit from the guidance of technical leaders from research and industry, whose insight into the latest UAV platforms, optronics, sensors, datalinks, ground control centres, airborne weapons and mission support systems will provide greater awareness of existing and future capability.
