Goa Institute of Management Announces Program On Compensation Management

RIBANDAR, India - July 4, 2016 - PRLog -- Goa Institute of Management (GIM) is holding an Executive Learning Solutions Program, on 'Strategic Compensation Management' from 19 to 20 August at its campus in Goa.

Human Resources functionaries continue to battle the challenge of balancing Organizational Requirements & Employee Aspirations in the area of Compensation & Benefits. The program aims to help the HR functionaries adopt a  "Blue Ocean Strategy" of designed & delivering "Employee Value Proposition - EVP" , through which HR Functionaries can strive to create an "Employer Brand" that can attract & retain top talent.

The program is targeted at Mid to Senior Level HR Functionaries.

Programme Director: Prof. Venkatesh D N, PhD, comes with close to 25 years of HR Functional Experience across brands (GATI, ING Vysya, RBI, SITEL, HSBC, Akshay Patra) & spaces. He has essayed both generalist & specialist roles. Has managed HR Function for large employee spans Pan India and global context. Has designed over 25K hours & delivered over 10K hours of executive learning. He is currently associated with GIM, as Professor in OB & HR Area.
