We stand as a vital connection between the youth and job opportunities for juveniles

MOBILE, Ala. - July 4, 2016 - PRLog -- Let us come to the point straight - employment opportunities for juveniles have declined. The global youth unemployment rate rose from 11.8%to 12.7% between 2008 and 2009. By the end of 2010, 75.8 million young people were unemployed. The figures are still witnessing a northward momentum!

Sad but true; this unemployment challenge is rather intense in the developed world. The fact of the matter is; youth unemployment thus represents lost potential for economic transformation. It also has a deeper connotation as a high number of economically unstable teens and young adults also contribute to social instability and that's certainly a serious concern. In the developing world, there is almost always a demographic mismatch between the number of young job seekers and the level of local economic activity. Career development is a lifelong process. It is the ultimate process of engaging with the 'Work World' while selecting cutting edge training, educational opportunities, and job opportunities for juveniles and young adults.

However, our young people also lack networks and connections that are the major source of information about job opportunities. Also, the youth and teens do not know how to navigate the labor market in order to identify and pursue available jobs and training resources.

A vital connection between young people and jobs and training opportunities or social internships for teens and young adults was needed and Eyapse has been able to fill the gap. According to their spokesperson - "We provide a vital connection between talented young people and career and employment recruiters in a simple, yet useful format. Our goal is to serve as an easily accessible tool used to connect teens and young people with opportunities that lead them to a successful future."

Learning should not be perceived as a destination. Learning should not start and stop there at the classroom door. It should be perceived as the route to a job or the skills to progress into their career. Learning should be a journey of meaningful progress. Eyapse will serve to connect those two groups and generate a dramatic change for the better. "My goal is to be a positive influence in the lives of young people and to teach them how to use their strengths to succeed in life." - Greg Quinney, Founder of Eyapse

At Eyapse, they are devoted to provide guidance, consulting, marketing, and promotional services to individuals between the ages of 15 and 26. Eyapse manages a social support network where candidates find resources for obtaining education, skills training, career advice and other opportunities.
