Smoley Named CFO of Resinate Materials Group

PLYMOUTH, Mich. - June 30, 2016 - PRLog -- Resinate Materials Group^® announced today that Angela Smoley has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer, in addition to serving on the company Board of Directors. In this role, Ms. Smoley will focus on driving fiscal excellence across company functions, managing all finance and accounting activities.

Prior to joining Resinate, Ms. Smoley had a distinguished career that included the position of CFO for Safety Syringes, Inc., where she built valuation leading to purchase of the company by Becton Dickinson in 2012. She has also served as CFO of Room 5, an IT consultancy with blue chip clients including Google, Intel, Broadcom, Walmart and Amazon. Ms. Smoley holds a B.A. from University of San Diego and holds both CPA and CGMA designations. She serves as a member of Board of Directors for Resinate Materials Group and MEPS Real-Time, Inc.

Ms. Smoley will be located at Resinate's Plymouth, Michigan headquarters.
