VERO BEACH, Fla. - June 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Tattoo regret is usually the result of an individual that gets the name of a person in a (now past) relationship or affiliation (such as a gang) permanently inked on their skin but has now moved onto a new chapter in their life where the ink may have a negative impact.

Roughly 33 percent of Americans have at least one tattoo, according to a recent Harris Poll. Sixty-nine percent of people who've gone under the needle have at least two tattoos. As a result, 23 percent of people who've been inked say they regret getting it done, up from 14 percent in 2012.

New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston, Detroit and the South Florida region are all reporting a spike in the number of tattoo removal customers walking through their doors. One prominent South Florida board certified cosmetic surgeon, Dr. William Frazier is using the most advanced laser in tattoo removal today.

In the video below, Dr. Frazier explains more about the PicoSure laser and tattoo regret on the Rhett Palmer Show (WAXE I-Heart Radio).

The laser works fast on tough colors such as blues, blacks and greens. Previously treated tattoos are easy to treat as well with this advanced laser; whereas other inferior lasers require twenty or more painful treatments, only four to six are required with the PicoSure laser.

Pain management and avoidance are top priorities for Dr. Frazier and Dr. Bailor. They address them by saying, "Pain-free tattoo removal is here. With local anesthesia injected to numb the tattooed area and also chilled air to cool the skin, you can now enjoy quick, comfortable, and affordable sessions."
