Chris McGhee joins CC Pace's Agile Services Practice

FAIRFAX, Va. - June 29, 2016 - PRLog -- CC Pace is pleased to announce the hiring of Training Manager, Chris McGhee, to their Agile Services Group. CC Pace's Agile Services team provides customized and certified Agile training, coaching and consulting, serving a national client base.

McGhee brings over 20 years of instructional design and curriculum development experience, having worked with a variety of organizations including American Express, Blackboard, Deloitte, NASA and Department of Defense. McGhee is particularly experienced in transitioning learning programs from in-person facilitation to blended and fully online eLearning programs. McGhee's approach to learning focuses on creating dynamic and engaging learning experiences to increase retention and knowledge transfer, based on adult learning methodologies.
