The complex will be located near 15600 E Alameda Parkway, Aurora, CO. The buildings will be 2 story and approximately 38,000 square feet. Residents will enjoy a 12,000 square foot common area and 26,000 square feet of living space. The complex includes: · 44 one bedroom units · 6 two bedroom unites · Gas stove, heat, and water heater · HVAC system in each apartment · Each unit includes a refrigerator, stove, and microwave · Amenities, which include balconies, patios, community rooms, community gardens, van shuttle service, and sitting areas · Office for staff and meetings with parole officers · Security includes interior an exterior cameras · Van shuttle service Living in Auroroa Once accepted, the participants seeking to pursue a new path in life will be required to agree to follow strict housing guidelines, which include maintaining a smoke, drug, and alcohol free environment, as well as following the rules of their parole. To further aid with transition, the apartment will look and function just like a typical apartment complex.
