ATLANTA - Aug. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- I Am R.E.D.D.: 12 Stories of Refinement, Empowerment, Dedication, & Determination

Refinement is the process of removing impurities or unwanted elements from a substance. Empowerment is to give power or authority to; to promote the self-actualization or influence. Dedication is the act of officially saying that something was created for a particular purpose. Determination is the process of establishing something exactly.

Redd Ladys Inc. is publishing a book that is too powerful to be contained, so it's become a project. It features the stories of 12 women who have suffered through mental illness, physical abuse, sexual assault, homelessness, life-threatening diseases, & so much more. But by the grace of God, they have overcome the past to be conscious, faithful, & empowered women. Each woman recounts how what should have been debilitating circumstances shaped them into the indomitable force they are today.

Stories are shared from various walks of life, from business owners to spiritual leaders to nurses. This project will force you to walk a mile in their shoes, shed tears for their sorrows, & celebrate their success.

The book contains memoirs, recipes, poems, & letters that express reflections, inspirations, & shared challenges that will not only offer insight into their lives but support in guiding yours. The documentary allows you a peek into the hearts of these women while they cook meals, fellowship with others, & share their story with the world.

The Co-Authors are an elite group of women that include CoCo Gayle, Dawn Howell-Bostick, Connie Brown, Marjory Whatley, Tonja Thompson, Mariandreina Farias, Kristen Bass, Anesha Melyas, Stephanie Mitchell, Chavon M. Ruff, & more.

The book features photography by Joel Adrian & Ayanna Thompson, with make-up by Erica Wicker. Jewelry for Marketing Photographs provided by A Love For Jewelry & Beauty Within You. We are grateful for all of the support we receive.

Redd Ladys, Inc. has partnered with Non-Profit associations like NAMI, Women's Resource Center for Domestic Violence, & Dominion Family Christian Center to host community service events to market the release of the project.
