WMNZ Music Group Signs New Artist

WMNZ Music Group has been in the news recently for becoming one of the leading record labels to have national and world-wide distribution. They are also known for signing and distributing music from the now nationally known, "Sons of Favor, Felicia Millsaps, and Pastor Brenda Millsaps". Now, through the grace of God and by His guidance, The WMNZ Music Group, as of May 2016, has signed Georgia and Chattanooga Tennessee's Southern Belle of Gospel, Marie Adams Moore. Marie has been singing with groups, choirs, and for past 10 years as a solo artist in and around Chattanooga and the surrounding areas.

Marie is widely known for her southern accent and the energy and anointing she brings to the table as she performs and sing God's word. In meeting her, you will not miss her genuine love for the Lord and love for music and all it has to offer. Some of her inspirations have been, Shirley Caesar, The Lumzy Sisters, Pastor Brenda Millsaps, Dorinda Clark Cole, and many many more. Her latest love for artists is directed toward, Pastor Tim Rogers and the Fellas. She is truly a person that supports and follows the artist which are in her heart.

Marie is getting ready to release a single with WMNZ Music Group previously recorded but remastered and mixed. This single was brought to the CEO of the record label and was tweaked. A few instruments were added and other mastering techniques included but the new single, "Anybody Been Through" will be enough of an introduction for you to give you an idea of what the ability of this artist is and leave you in an upbeat mood, getting you ready for what is next.

WMNZ Music Group is really taking it's new sound to the masses. The sound is not the usual. These days, all you hear on the radio and on compilation CD's are praise and worship music or R&B inspired tunes. WMNZ has and is wearing the hat of the new gospel record company that is defying the norm. They don't create music that sounds like everybody else. They are pushing the boundaries and deciding to do the music that is placed on their hearts and in the minds of their writers by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Please note and understand, all music created for the glorification of the Most High is relevant, but WMNZ feels the need to not change the genres or sound of gospel for anyone nor risk the chance of leaving out the message of Jesus with taking His name out of productions or disregarding it completely just to make a hit record.

When we asked the CEO of WMNZ, Felicia Millsaps, "Would you consider recording or singing a hip-hop tune or gospel inspired rap to make a hit record"? She answered, " Yes, I sure would! See, number one; you are only asking me this because of the record company's reputation and the type of music we have produced. What you don't understand is, we are doing our best to follow God. Wherever He leads us we will follow. We are by no means trying to be a lone-ranger, we are just focused on the purpose of God and Him being pleased with our service and praise." "Number Two: my idea and your idea of a hit record is different. You think, a hit record is a recording that hundreds of thousands of people will buy and listen to to make us rich. My idea of a hit record is one that is if played, the people will be touched, changed, and delivered." She further encouraged all artist to meditate and write music as the Holy Spirit gives it to them.
