This recent appointment as Chief Legal Officer is an addition to Mr. Carnesi's current responsibilities as the company's Sr. Compliance Officer and Director of Government Sales. Mr. Carnesi will work for Quality Door & Hardware, Inc. from Pawleys Island, South Carolina, where he recently re-located his home and business operations.
