I like to empathise on the existence of the client as a person; their hopes, dreams and fears as a whole. I will go above and beyond my duty of care to support you and any challenges you may be facing in your day to day life. My intention is to empathise, empower and encourage you to be the best version of you through offering endless support by improving your self-worth and confidence. Through my experience thus far, I have been able to work especially with those between ages 12 to 25 suffering with anxiety and depression.

My expertise predominantly lies within the areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, bullying, worry and stress, and self-harm between ages of 12 and 25. This knowledge stems from my Diploma and Bachelor of Counselling and through personal experience. The methods and approaches I tend to work with are through a Person-Centred approach and a Humanistic approach.

Furthermore, I have worked extensively in primary and secondary schools. I offer both long and short-term counselling using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
