DAYTON, Ohio - April 22, 2016 - PRLog -- The Best Places to Work award, sponsored by the Dayton Business Journal, is based upon employee feedback. Employees of each of the nominated companies are given surveys conducted by Quantum Research to measure employee satisfaction in the areas of staff engagement, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness and other workplace best-practices.

After tallying up the survey results, 32 top scoring companies were selected to attend the awards ceremony at the Schuster Center in downtown Dayton.
