Dates for sessions in Plymouth and San Antonio are January to April 2016. Session meets once during the week and a weekend day, with daily practice and homework. Perfect for teachers, college students, and everyone who wants to expand their practice.

Yoga teacher Training in Plymouth has never been better. You will learn Vinyasa flow, power yoga, slow flow yoga, develop a consistent meditation practice, learn how to do private yoga sessions, how to format and run classes, off-site classes, how manage your practice while you teach. Learn how to host special events, such as yoga parties. Our teacher training includes a silent retreat, in-depth Pranayama, Hatha, Ayurveda, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, all ages, learn to practice consistently.
