PRLog -- Lord Neil B Gibson expects to receive a favorable judgment in response to the legal action that has been put forth against several online sources of slander and damage to his reputation. This is not the first time that Gibson has been forced to take direct legal action against an individual who has attacked him online, gaining several victories in court over the past years which forced the slanderer to remove posts or entire websites from the internet. Gibson expects the same type of outcome from the legal actions filed recently regarding several new websites.
One of the most vocal slander websites online is "The Whistleblowers"
which has been named in the lawsuit which Gibson has recently filed. This website routinely posts information that is completely without factual backup, and in some cases involves completely fabricated information mixed with true information in order to appear legitimate. This policy of posting fabrication sin order to damage reputations has been going on for several years on the site, and appears to have done extensive damage to numerous businesses. While reputation remains the key factor to many partnerships, Gibson feels that there are grounds to legally sue the editors and owners of these websites for damages inflicted.
Gibson expects a positive judgment against "The Whistleblowers"
as well as the associated websites named in the filing.
