As Mechanical Testing Manager, Stockdale will oversee the staff and all mechanical testing performed on the first and second shifts. The Mechanical Testing Department offers an extensive list of Nadcap and A2LA accredited services that evaluate mechanical properties. These services currently include tensile, hardness, stress rupture, creep, impact, proof load, bend, hydrogen embrittlement, fracture mechanics and a number of additional test methods. Capability heat treating is also offered with testing to evaluate the effects of heat treatments on mechanical properties. Although most testing is performed on metal specimens, fasteners, washers or tubing, both tensile and Shore hardness testing are available for polymers. Test results provide customers with information about the suitability of their materials for their intended applications. About Laboratory Testing Inc. -- Laboratory Testing Inc.
