By: SEEAG The golf tournament, now in its sixth year, is a show of support for the agricultural community and agricultural education. “We are seeking a title sponsor that has a strong relationship with the agriculture industry and who wants a way to solidify that connection,” SEEAG is holding two other events this year that could benefit from sponsorships. SEEAG’s “Farm to Table – The Journey of Our Food From Field to Fork” program based in Ventura County teaches school children about the origins of their food and the importance of local farmland by providing schools with classroom agricultural education and free field trips to farms. Through this program, over 10,000 elementary school students in Southern California have increased their understanding of the food journey.
