International R&B/Pop Artist DATI drops new single "Can Do"

Step back and await her response……… You ain’t my dad, “Dati replies”, as only she cans!  The 23-year-old songstress carries the World on her narrow shoulders as she spreads songs of strength and liberation for not only women but, a people as a whole.  Dati was born, bred, and raised on music, which translated to her performing for anyone who would listen at the age of 6.  That was the spark that ignited the flame as she has been on a non-stop quest to quench the thirst of #teamdati fans all over the Globe.  From East Africa to Stockholm Sweden, the UK, and even Jamaica… Dati has garnered the respect from her fellow counterparts and producers from every genre in the business.  A portrait of Dati’s life would be an accurate description of the inspiration and motivation behind the lyrical content of each and every song.  To further reconfirm, her intentions are as real as the content, and no situation or relationship is off limits, as she pours herself onto the storyboard of every musical composition she gives birth too… The Dati philosophy is: "Music is the only thing that can hit me that doesn't hurt". With all the excitement over Dati’s amazing voice and talents, it’s almost a gesture of disrespect to not mention, she is a professional dancer as well!  Dati dances to everything from jazz, pop, belly dancing, ballet, flamingo, salsa, samba, hip-hop, and yes, dancehall. After years of training as a student at the age of seventeen, she now holds the title as a dance teacher herself teaching girls from the age of 16 to 23.

What makes Dati different from other people and artists is her hunger and drive!! PERIOD!!  She always pushes forward and keeps challenging herself to be the best, to do the "impossible". Dati does not believe in miracles, she believes in hard work, long hours, long days, long weeks, months and years. She is indeed a workaholic and the funny thing is that she loves being just that. The best play for her is work. Just makes every day easier and more fun.

Dati has worked with producers such as Nicky B and the Amigos production. Currently, Dati is working with artists and producers such as Fundi Samweli, Linex, Iconman, Young Jazzbo, Kimichi records and Pro2Lux/Pretenders. She enjoys working with other creative artists/producers and she always takes everything to a higher level.  Recently, Dati just finished a five-week stint in her birthplace of Tanzania recording, interviewing, and filming for her new video “Can Do”.  The horizon looks bright as she is gearing up for yet a World Tour and leaving the door open for the array of opportunities that may materialize.  March 27^th, 2016 Dati will have the distinct honor and pleasure of Opening up for International Star Diamond Platnumz (https://www.instagram.com/diamondplatnumz/) in Stockholm Sweden.
